I read this story at spn fanfiction.net. It was from a point of view of a hunter who was in an asylum and was visited by a doctor. We learn that doctor was Sam. The hunter tells of this haunted manor, where he and his partner went and his partner got lost in a secret room. The hunter was put in the asylum. Sam asks for details and all.
